Anti-money laundering

In line with anti-money-laundering legislation, transactions above ₦5,000,000 (individuals) or ₦10,000,000 (corporates) will be reported to the SEC or the CBN as required by law.

Account funding & debit balances

Accounts must be adequately funded before trading. Any debit balance must be cleared within 3 business days. Balances not cleared within 3 days attract interest at 2.5× the prevailing treasury-bill rate or 22% per annum, whichever is higher. If a balance remains uncleaned after 14 days, Anchoria Securities may liquidate portfolio positions to recover the outstanding balance and accrued interest.
